What is your return policy?We gladly accept returns as long as they conform to our returns policy. Exchanges are not accepted. Custom items are non returnable and returns, when accepted, may be charged a return shipping fee.

How long do orders take to embroider?Orders take 1-2 weeks to embroider and package. This allows us time to process your order and make sure your personalization is added to your order.

How do I care for my embroidered item?We recommend a machine cold wash inside out with like colors. Tumble dry low to avoid shrinking the design.

Can I add embroidery to the cuffs?Yes! In the customization area of every listing, you can input what you want on the cuffs and the thread color a well, more descriptive the better.
